1. Strategic Planning & Decision Support: Partner with the founder on strategic decisions by structuring options, analysing risks, and evaluating trade-offs. Support prioritisation to ensure focus on high-impact initiatives.
2. Marketing & Brand Management: Lead coordination of marketing strategy, campaigns, and brand positioning across platforms. Review performance metrics and recommend data-driven improvements.
3. Content Strategy & Creation: Develop and execute content, including scripts, reels, carousels, captions, and founder communications. Ensure consistency in brand voice, messaging, and quality standards.
4. Sales & Revenue Support: Assist in developing sales strategies, partnerships, and influencer collaborations. Track leads, follow-ups, pricing structures, and conversion performance.
5. Hiring & Talent Coordination: Support workforce planning by identifying hiring needs and screening candidates. Participate in interviews and help maintain performance and accountability standards.
6. Execution, Operations & Follow-Through: Translate plans and meetings into structured action items with timelines and ownership. Monitor progress and ensure timely completion across teams.
7. Process Development & Founder Enablement: Establish systems and workflows to improve efficiency and reduce operational dependency on the founder. Filter information, manage priorities, and safeguard founder focus.
8. Manage and oversee social media marketing for multiple businesses owned by the CEO.
