Salary : Upto 11LPA

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Must have Financial, Team, Compliance, Day to day activity & Business support for smooth functions.
• Monitor and report on budget variances and recommend cost control measures.
• Ensure compliance with tax laws (corporate income tax, VAT/GST, payroll management & taxes) and oversee tax planning and filing activities.
• Coordinate internal and external audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
• Lead and mentor the accounts team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
• Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial integrity.
• Monitor and manage Petty cash account flow to ensure liquidity for operations and investments.
• Ensure compliance with financial reporting and regulatory requirements (Ensure accurate and timely statutory compliance, financial statements, reconciliation, regulatory reports).
• Collaborate with senior management.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations for strategic initiatives, mergers and acquisitions, and capital investments.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy in Accounts operations.

Qualifications:

• Must be Chartered Accountant (CA) designation or equivalent (e.g., CPA, ACCA, ICWA,).
• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 1 years of experience in Business planning, statutory, financial analysis, auditing, and compliance management , preferably in a corporate environment.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Note: CA with 1 years of experience(post qualification) in Business planning, statutory, financial analysis, auditing, and compliance management.
