Goal

• To perform the day-to-day QC activities (mainly execution of QC testing, release of batches and lab equipment verification/calibration according to the internal work instructions / methods).
• To support and backup the QC Manager

Responsibilities

• To maintain cGMP & GLP (Good Laboratory Practices) in Quality Control Department.
• Event handling and investigation.
• Management of retention room.
• To perform sampling, analysis and reporting of raw materials, finished products, in-process sample and routine chemical and physical testing as per inspection plan.
• To perform trend analysis .
• To perform the calibration/qualification of the lab instruments/equipment’s.
• To manage inventory of reagent & other consumables in LIMS.
• Preparation & review qualification Protocol / reports / WI/SOP.
• Take part in audit and complaint investigation
• To perform validation related activities as per provided protocol
• Support departmental initiatives related to EHS data verification, inspections, testing.

Profile

• M.Sc./B.Sc. chemistry
• Having experience in relevant field
