About Mogi I/O

Mogi I/O is a leading SaaS platform provider specializing in White-Label OTT, Video Streaming, and Micro-Drama Solutions. We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant & Admin Executive who can efficiently manage accounts, financial records, customer outstanding recovery, and office administration.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts & Finance

• Maintain day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting records.
• Raise customer invoices and ensure timely billing.
• Manage and maintain sales, purchase, and accounting ledgers.
• Perform monthly account reconciliation and Profit & Loss (P&L) reconciliation.
• Coordinate with Chartered Accountant (CA) and auditors for financial reporting and compliance.
• Assist in GST and TDS filing processes in coordination with the CA.
• Monitor receivables and ensure accurate accounting of customer payments.
• Maintain financial documentation and records in an organized manner.

Outstanding Recovery & Collections

• Regularly follow up with customers regarding pending payments and overdue invoices.
• Maintain customer payment schedules and recovery reports.
• Ensure timely collection of outstanding dues.
• Work closely with the sales and management teams to resolve payment-related issues.
• Achieve collection targets and contribute to improving cash flow.
• Performance-based incentives will be linked to successful recovery of outstanding payments.

Administration

• Handle day-to-day office administration activities.
• Manage vendor coordination and office procurement requirements.
• Maintain employee attendance, records, and administrative documentation.
• Support management with operational and administrative tasks.
• Ensure smooth functioning of office facilities and administrative processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1–5 years of experience in accounting, administration, and outstanding recovery/collections.
• Experience with Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or similar accounting software.
• Good understanding of GST, TDS, invoicing, and bookkeeping practices.
• Strong follow-up, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with customers, CAs, auditors, and internal teams.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Compensation

• Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month (based on experience).
• Additional incentive for successful outstanding recovery and collections performance.
