About The Role

Data Scientist applies strong expertise in machine learning, data mining, and information retrieval to design, prototype, build AI engine and services. The data scientist collaborates with business partners to define the technical problem statement and hypothesis to test; develops efficient and accurate analytical models that mimic business decisions and incorporates them into analytical data products or tools with the support of a cross-functional team.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for leveraging data to drive business solutions in Digital marketing and Product management
• Mine, transform and analyze data from different sources (CRM, Digital analytics UI, external sources data)
• Conduct advanced statistical analysis to provide actionable insights, identify trends, and measure performance
• Design, create, test and implement data models that drive analytical solutions throughout the organization
• Apply A/B testing framework to test models’ quality and integrate data insights into the business processes
• Coordinate with different functional teams to implement models, design processes and tools to monitor and analyze model performance and data accuracy

Who are we looking for?

Education

• MS/PhD(Computer Science or Electronics), or MS in Computer Applications, Economics, Statistics or Mathematics or related technical discipline

Experience

• 6-8 years’ experience in a statistical and/or data science / data analyst role
• Should have experience in machine learning, statistics and data mining to solve clustering, classification, regression problems.

Skills

• Experience to merge and transform disparate internal & external data sets together to create new features
• Experience with R/Python is required; experience of working with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) is a plus
