Selected Intern’s Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Apartment & Community Outreach
- Travel to apartments and residential communities across Bangalore
- Meet apartment managers, RWAs, and community representatives to seek permissions for conducting extracurricular classes and activities
- Build rapport with apartment management teams and maintain positive on-ground relationships
- Coordinate with the internal team on apartment outreach updates, permissions, and next steps
- Brand Representation & Events
- Support apartment and community events and help represent Openhouse on the ground
- Speak confidently with parents and residents about what Openhouse offers
- Help families experience the brand through direct engagement and conversations
