We are looking for a visionary Chief Marketing & Branding Officer (CMBO) to lead the brand narrative, market positioning, growth strategy, and community-building efforts of the company.

This is a core leadership, equity-based role for someone who wants to build a long-term startup journey and create a high-impact brand from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and lead the complete branding and marketing strategy for Hiwox
• Develop brand identity, positioning, storytelling, and communication frameworks
• Create growth strategies across digital, offline, healthcare, and community channels
• Lead campaigns, partnerships, influencer collaborations, and awareness initiatives
• Build strong engagement models for consumers, institutions, and healthcare ecosystems
• Work closely with product, operations, healthcare, and technology teams
• Design scalable customer acquisition and retention strategies
• Develop content ecosystems across social media, events, education, and wellness campaigns
• Lead PR, outreach, and strategic visibility initiatives
• Build and mentor future marketing and branding teams within the organization

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Strong experience in branding, growth marketing, strategic marketing, or community building
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to build from zero to scale
• Strong understanding of consumer psychology, storytelling, and brand systems
• Experience in startups, healthcare, wellness, edtech, consumer-tech, or innovation ecosystems is a plus
• Ability to independently lead strategy as well as execution
• Creative, analytical, and highly ownership-driven
