Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Eranad for a Creative Lead & Media Head. The role involves overseeing creative direction, developing branding strategies, and implementing creative strategies to ensure alignment with client goals. You will lead a team of creative professionals and collaborate on graphic design projects while ensuring top-notch deliverables. Additionally, you will take charge of media campaigns and communication strategies to reinforce brand visibility and impact.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Creative Direction and Creative Strategy
• Proven experience in Branding, including creating and managing brand identity
• Proficiency in Graphic Design tools and ability to create high-quality visual content
• Strong Team Management skills with the ability to lead and inspire creative teams
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively
• Previous experience in the digital marketing or media industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Communication, or a related field preferred
