External Job Description
- SPOC for servicing of Slow-moving Finished goods for the country
- Identify probable stock-outs as per sales pattern and work to ensure that the loss of sale is minimized.
- Have an open communication with sales team so that criticalities are shared by sales team and the dates are aligned for connecting the material.
- Continuous reviewing of the stocks along with distribution executives of respective divisions.
- Initiate pull back for maldistributed inventory to reduce the unproductive stocks in the system.
- Communicate the criticality to stakeholders and work with them to ensure compliance.
- Truck load delivery to be implemented in TLs
- Support and train TLs teams in using the same and resolving the issues faced during the implementation and stabilization period.
- Support to IT team on providing required data.
- Review of Max Rol defined for TLs
- Monitor and put controls for critical score compliance, Low SDOFR, Excess inventory of SM skus
- Discuss with Executives on Low SDOFR cases.
- Monitor and circulate key system performance parameters like SDOFR for various cuts, Direct dispatches etc. Understand and discuss reasons for non-performance with the team.
