About the Role

Aarnora is looking for an experienced and dynamic Marketing Head to lead the brand’s marketing function and drive business growth across its retail jewellery stores. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail marketing, a deep understanding of consumer behavior, and a proven track record of increasing store footfall, enhancing brand visibility, and delivering measurable revenue growth.

This role requires a strategic thinker who can seamlessly blend brand-building initiatives with performance-driven campaigns to create impactful customer experiences and drive showroom performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with Aarnora’s business and growth objectives.
• Lead ATL, BTL, digital, influencer, and performance marketing initiatives to build brand awareness and drive customer acquisition.
• Drive store walk-ins and footfall growth as a primary business KPI.
• Conceptualize and execute seasonal, festive, wedding, and collection launch campaigns.
• Build strong local marketing programs to strengthen brand presence in key markets.
• Plan and manage events, exhibitions, customer engagement activities, and retail activations.
• Collaborate closely with sales, merchandising, operations, and leadership teams to achieve business goals.
• Monitor market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Track marketing performance, optimize budgets, and ensure strong ROI across channels.
• Take ownership of showroom performance and create targeted marketing interventions to improve underperforming locations.
• Lead and mentor the marketing team while working with external agencies, media partners, influencers, and vendors.

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail marketing and brand management, preferably in jewellery, luxury, fashion, lifestyle, or premium retail brands.
• Strong understanding of ATL, BTL, digital, CRM, influencer, and performance marketing.
• Demonstrated success in driving footfall, customer acquisition, and retail sales growth.
• Experience in planning and executing high-impact retail campaigns and local store marketing initiatives.
• Ability to identify opportunities and implement strategies to improve showroom performance.
• Strong analytical, strategic, and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Passion for branding, customer experience, and retail excellence.
