Full job description

Candidate should have experience in:

* Installation, configuration, troubleshooting & maintenance of desktops, laptops, printers and software applications

* LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity & network administration

* EPBX / IP telephony system support & maintenance

* Microsoft Outlook / Microsoft 365 email configuration & troubleshooting

* User account management, password reset & access control

* Biometric attendance system support

* Data backup, recovery support & basic IT security implementation

* Preventive maintenance, antivirus monitoring, software updates & patch management

* Coordination with vendors, AMC providers, ISPs & external support teams

* Providing prompt technical support for smooth day-to-day IT operations

Pay: ₹20,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
