The candidate will be responsible for managing posting activities, coordinating service-related tasks, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate should possess good communication skills, basic technical knowledge, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle posting and updating of data/content on assigned platforms.
• Coordinate with internal teams for service-related requests and issue resolution.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation.
• Monitor task completion and ensure timely updates.
• Respond to client/service queries in a professional manner.
• Assist in process coordination and operational support activities.
• Ensure quality and accuracy while handling assigned tasks.
• Follow company processes and maintain confidentiality of information.

Required Skills:

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.
