Role Description The Summer Staff role at Cognivix IT Solutions is a full-time, remote position supporting cross-functional teams in proposal development, web projects, and recruitment initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities may include conducting online research on clients, markets, and opportunities, drafting and formatting basic written content such as summaries, outlines, and internal documents, and assisting with organizing proposal materials, schedules, and compliance checklists. The role may also involve supporting web and marketing tasks, such as updating content, preparing simple reports, or documenting requirements. Summer Staff members collaborate with team leads, participate in virtual meetings, manage assigned tasks within deadlines, and maintain accurate records of their work in shared tools and systems.
Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders in a remote environment.
• Solid Research and Writing skills to gather information, summarize findings, and produce clear, concise documentation.
• Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a structured but fast-paced setting.
• Proficiency with common productivity tools (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, online collaboration platforms).
• Interest in technology, consulting, or government/IT services; prior internship or project experience is a plus.
• Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree program in a relevant field (e.g., Business, IT, Communications, or related discipline) or equivalent practical experience.
