Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive, creative, and highly organized Social Media & Brand Manager to lead JumpNow’s digital presence and campaign coordination. This role goes beyond managing social media—you will be responsible for content planning, strategy, execution, creative coordination, brand communication, and ensuring smooth collaboration between artists, brands, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute the overall social media strategy for JumpNow and associated campaigns.
• Create monthly content calendars, campaign plans, and posting schedules.
• Develop creative content ideas aligned with brand goals, trends, and audience engagement.
• Coordinate directly with graphic designers and video editors for creatives, flyers, reels, thumbnails, cover images, and other campaign assets.
• Ensure timely execution and delivery of all social media and campaign content.
• Manage day-to-day social media activities including publishing, scheduling, and performance tracking.
• Coordinate with brands for campaign requirements, approvals, deliverables, and ongoing communication.
• Act as the key point of contact between brands, artists, influencers, and internal creative teams.
• Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and platform updates to keep strategies relevant.

Requirements

• Experience in social media management, influencer marketing, or brand management.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and client management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong creative thinking with an understanding of what performs well on digital platforms.
• Experience working with designers, editors, creators, and marketing teams.
• Familiarity with influencer marketing and brand collaborations is a strong advantage.
