Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced IT Lead with strong expertise in Windows systems and networking to manage and support our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience, leadership skills, and the ability to handle night shift operations efficiently. Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the IT support team during night shifts
- Oversee installation, configuration, and maintenance of Windows servers and systems
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues (LAN/WAN, VPN, Firewalls)
- Ensure high availability, security, and performance of IT infrastructure
- Handle incident management, escalation, and root cause analysis
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policies
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and vendors
- Maintain documentation of systems, processes, and troubleshooting guides
- Ensure compliance with IT policies and security standards
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in Windows Server administration
- Good knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, Routing, Switching)
- Hands-on experience with Active Directory and system security
- Familiarity with virtualization tools (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Experience in handling ITSM tools and ticketing systems
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Certifications like MCSE, CCNA, or equivalent are an added advantage
- Experience in handling night shift operations
Pay: ₹100,000.00 – ₹150,000.00 per month
